I flew back to San Jose for a week long vacation, and to pick up some of my stuff from storage there - most importantly my car. It was great to see again all my jazz buddies. Between Cafe Stritch, the Hedley Club, and Little Lous BBQ, i saw 6 nights of great music in 7 days. I also squeezed in a 28 mile bike ride, including "mount" Hellyer, and got the CityTram outreach effort off to a great start at the Palo Alto Green Drinks networking event.

After the week in San Jose i drove the car across the country, back to Ft. Lauderdale. I used the trip to do some sight seeing, to visit friends and relatives, and to see first hand some of the transit sites i might be pitching CityTram for in the near future.

I decided to keep a public journal of the trip. After some difficulty getting it on-line the way i wanted, here it is.
